Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with Your Nutrigardens product for any reason, return the unused product and container for 100% refund of your purchase within 90-days of the purchase date. Please contact Customer Care for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping your return. Please make sure this RA is visible on your package before shipping. We do not offer exchanges.

*Any products not purchased directly from NutriGardens must be returned to the original point of purchase, based on their own return policies.

Storing Our Products

Note that the expiration date on our products applies to unopened jars. Once opened, store our products in a cool dry place. In humid or hot conditions, refrigerate after opening. Do not re-use the same spoon or scoop without thoroughly washing and drying it between uses.
